Movement Medicine Moon Dance

The Movement Medicine® Moon Dances are elemental dance ceremonies. With their repetitive rhythm-every new moon and every full moon- and same structure of a journey through the elements, they can as well be called a ritual.

The invitation is to reconnect to ourselves as elemental beings and discover every time new aspects of the Earth in our bodies, the Fire in our creative, sexual Self-expression, the Water of our emotional fluidity, the Air of our imagination, vision and relation to the world of spirit.

To move beyond the little Me, include the interconnection of We and open the space all the way up to the stars, I choose the element of the star sign the moon is in at the day of the new/full moon as focus of the elemental journey.
